What is Google Products?

Google Products (formerly known as Froogle) is basically a search engine designed to make it easier for the conscientious shopper to get a bargain. So if you are a cafepress.com shopkeeper you will probably want your items listed there.
Actually Cafepress.com uploads feeds that include your products to Google Products but if you want to make sure that all your products are being represented you may want to upload your own feeds.

How do I upload my own feed?

The first thing you need to do is open an account with Google Base. In Google Base you will be given the option of uploading your items one at a time or as a bulk upload. More than likely though you will want to go for the Bulk Upload as it would be very time-consuming to input all the necessary data.
Once your account is open and you are ready to upload you will of course need the feeds mentioned in the previous paragraph.
